SellerTacos

See what your Amazon ads really earn.

SellerTacos joins your orders, Sponsored Products spend and Brand Analytics search data. TACOS, organic share and wasted spend show up for every SKU, in one place.

Connects to Seller Central and Amazon Ads in North America, Europe and the Far East.

Amazon gives you three reports that never meet. SellerTacos puts them side by side.

Orders

Seller Central

Every order and item, synced hourly. The first sync pulls the last 90 days. No buyer details are downloaded.

Advertising

Amazon Ads

Sponsored Products search term and advertised product reports, imported daily with history back as far as Amazon keeps it.

Search data

Brand Analytics

What the whole market searches and clicks, plus daily sessions, conversion and Buy Box share for each product.

One answer for each SKU: what sold, what the ads cost, and what to do next.

  • TACOS and ACOS
  • Organic share
  • Search share
  • Wasted spend

Find out if advertising grows the business or just spends the money.

Total sales, ad cost, % organic and TACOS sit on four linked charts, and each period is compared with the one before it. Look at the whole store, or narrow to a category, sub-category, product group or one SKU.

  • Pick your own KPI tiles, including cost per order and add to cart.
  • Ratios only count days Amazon has reported ad data for, so a late report never makes a number look better than it is.

Every SKU in one table, with the warning signs marked.

Sales, units, ad spend, ACOS, TACOS, cart adds and conversion sit next to each product. Filter any column, hide the ones you don't use, and click a SKU for its own charts.

  • Sessions, conversion and Buy Box share come from Sales & Traffic.
  • Pills flag a traffic drop, a conversion drop, or high traffic with low conversion.

Spot the search terms worth more money, and the ones wasting it.

Brand Analytics shows what everyone searches for. Your ads show what you pay for. SellerTacos matches them by search term, so you can see your share of the market, spend with no sales, and a suggested bid change.

  • Bids aim at your average ACOS and ignore terms with too few clicks to judge.
  • Open any query to see its history over weeks, months or quarters.

Catch keywords that advertise the wrong product.

For each keyword, SellerTacos compares how often shoppers add the advertised product to the cart with your other products in the same product group, and shows how much spend sits on the weaker one.

  • Suggestions stay inside a product group, so you only see real alternatives.
  • Spend is split across the ad group's products, and the page says when it is an estimate.

Hear about a drop this week, not in next month's report.

Traffic drops and conversion drops appear on your dashboard with a plain next step. Set a TACOS limit on any SKU, and a badge appears when it goes over or when ads spend money and nothing sells.

  • Set limits one by one, in bulk, or in a CSV.
  • The alerts badge shows only what is new since your last visit.

The rest of the toolbox.

Orders
Every order and item in a searchable list, with a CSV export. Buyer personal details are never downloaded.
ASIN Library
Every SKU with its image, category and sales rank. Group products, then edit in bulk by CSV.
Keyword lists
Save named lists from the Search Terms report. Unique words and Negative words are built in.
Brand Analytics reports
Search Catalog Performance and Search Query Performance by week, month or quarter, with CSV export.
Live pages
When a sync finishes, the pages you have open refresh on their own.
Many stores, many teams
One store per marketplace. Switch between organizations without signing out.

Four steps from sign-up to your first report.

After you connect, history loads by itself: 90 days of orders, then ad reports back as far as Amazon keeps them. Reports keep updating after that.

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up and verify your email. Your workspace is private to your team.

  2. Authorize Seller Central

You approve access on Amazon's own page. SellerTacos reads orders and listings through the official Selling Partner API.

  3. Choose your marketplaces

SellerTacos creates one store for each marketplace your account sells in.

  4. Link Amazon Ads

Ad profiles are matched to stores by seller and marketplace. If you already authorized Ads, there is no second consent screen.

Give each person the access their job needs.

Invite your team, an agency or a freelancer. Everyone sees the same stores, and each role only changes what they can edit.

  1. ViewerReads every report.
  2. AnalystAlso edits keyword lists.
  3. Store managerAlso edits the ASIN Library.
  4. AdminAlso connects stores and invites people.
  5. OwnerEverything, including the workspace itself.

Careful with your Amazon account.

Two-factor sign-in
Protect accounts with an authenticator app. Repeated wrong passwords lock an account for a while.
Amazon access stays with Amazon
You authorize through Amazon's own consent page and can revoke access there at any time. Tokens are stored encrypted.
No customer details
Orders sync without buyer, recipient, tax or payment data.
Told when access breaks
If Amazon revokes a connection, syncing for it pauses and your admins get an email to reconnect.

Questions sellers ask first.

Do I need Amazon Ads?

No. Orders, the ASIN Library and Brand Analytics work with a Seller Central connection alone. Ad reports start once you link Amazon Ads.

Does SellerTacos see my customers?

No. Orders sync without buyer, recipient, tax or payment details.

Which marketplaces are supported?

Seller accounts in the North America, Europe and Far East regions. Each marketplace becomes its own store.

How far back does data go?

Orders start with the last 90 days. Sponsored Products search terms go back 65 days and advertised products 95 days, which is how long Amazon keeps them.

How fresh is the data?

Orders update hourly. Amazon publishes ad data a day or two late, so ad reports update daily and ratios only use days that have ad data.

Why are my Brand Analytics pages empty?

Brand Analytics needs a brand-registered seller account with that role. Without it those pages stay empty, and everything else works.

Can I disconnect?

Yes. Remove a store in SellerTacos, or revoke access in Seller Central or Amazon Ads at any time.

Connect your store and let your history load.

Your first reports fill in while you get on with your day.
